Well, it has been a long time coming, but Sony has dropped the price of its PS3 to $299! That is one heck of a deal if you ask me. I recently had the HDD go bad in my PS3 and was considering buying a new one. This makes the decision a lot easier, as the cost is not as high.
Right now the only confirmed source I can find is KMART. CRAVE is posting some stuff about it too, but we will see how this all pans out.
