Understanding Human Nature
by webmasterjunkie on Feb.16, 2012, under General
Just a random thought on how people perceive the intentions of others. Its human nature to want better for themselves. It is bred into us. A football player prays for a touchdown; a dedicated employee hopes for a raise; etc.
I have seen a lot of people complaining about what other people want, and it being selfish. If we lived in a society where all people wanted/prayed for something for someone else, we would have no high-paid football players; we would have no need for a raise.
If we as a whole cease being so concerned with our own status, we will evolve human nature past this destructive pattern.

Obama Couldn’t If He Tried

Heard someone talking about Obama not being able to get everything done that he wanted to because of Congress. Congress has been congress for the better part of it’s existence. I thought his plan was to change it all anyway? He was able to print more money for the banks than ever before with the same congress. Perhaps if he would have changed it, we would not be in such financial turmoil.
